Suitable for RV,Class A Motorhomes,Class C Motorhomes,Travel Trailers,Fifth-Wheel Trailers, Fleet Vans.
1. Class A Motorhomes
Reason for installation: Type A motorhomes are large (similar to buses), with a huge blind spot at the rear.
Dual-lens advantages: The two lenses of this type of camera are usually pointed at different angles. The upper lens faces into the distance, acting as an "electronic rearview mirror" while driving to observe traffic behind; the lower lens points vertically to the rear of the vehicle, helping the driver avoid obstacles when reversing or parking.
2. Heavy-duty travel trailers (Fifth Wheels)
Reason for installation: Fifth-wheeled caravans are extremely long and usually have a high roof.
Dual-lens advantage: One lens is used to monitor traffic behind, while the other lens can be specifically aimed at the **trailer hook** or bumper area below, making it easier for drivers to park accurately or check the connection status.
3. Class C Motorhomes
Reason for installation: Although smaller than the Type A, its rear body is usually wider than the cab and it has no rear window, which severely obstructs the view.
Installation location: Usually installed in the center of the top of the rear of the vehicle, using dual lenses to balance the needs of "long-distance monitoring" and "close-range reversing".
